This happens when your manufacturer field is empty, or your store manufacturer header is named differently than “manufacturer” or “brand”. In the case of NOT having them at your store, you can
i. Insert them at your shop then update your feed on Retailtower
ii. Use the Retailtower advance insert option on the products page to insert the desired value onto Retailtower. You can insert them in batches by sorting, then select the affected result.
In the case of naming your manufacturer / brand header different from what we recognize,
i. You can rename the headers back to “manufacturer”
ii. Use the mapping tool at the settings section to map your manufacturer brand header to our header.
